Call me crazy. Call me insane. I don’t care! I love giving free stuff away!! This is my next contest, which is very special to me.
For those of you read my Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics reviews, you are fully aware that I am obsessed with their products. Everything that I’ve used is fantastic, and I’ve even converted many people from using horrible products (Zest, Irish Spring, Axe, etc.) and they have officially switched to Lush products.
People who know me on an intimate basis know I visit the Lush store at Markville Mall a couple of times a week to replenish my supply of Lush products. The experience there is nothing short of phenomenal. Every single worker has a genuine smile on their face and they are extremely approachable. Never be afraid to ask questions to anyone there, because they will be more than happy to help you out!
The manager, Catherine, knows me as soon as I walk into her store. She greets me with a warm smile and a high five every single time! Every time I walk into her Lush store at Markville Mall, I feel like I’m part of the team – we exchange stories about which products we love and the new ones that are coming out soon. I still don’t know why I’m not working there!

Not entering this one since I just won one recently… but I just gotta say, anyone who wins this will be in HEAVEN. LUSH stuff is so amazing. I have one of those big boxes (I think it’s called Winter Wonderland), and I still haven’t finished all the products in it. Every single product is amazing. There’s this body polish or something that I am sad I finished, called Turkish Delight. Smells so rosy and delicious. Looks like it is in this gift box as well. You’ll love it! I want to eat everything from this store. I mostly buy soap from there, but sometimes shower gel and hair products, and I have rarely been disappointed.
Get the BonBon Lip Scrub (I think it might just be called Candy or something in the stores in the rest… er… English parts of Canada). You will want to eat it. It is like a lemon sorbet. If you do end up eating some of it by accident… you will not feel bad.
Seriously. If it weren’t for the prices, I would be going there constantly. I make it a treat every once in a while.
My best friend just had her first child and shes become an amazing mother. Now every penny she has is spent on her little one and shes stopped “caring” for herself. I would love to give this to her so she can have some time to herself and reflect that she also needs to take care of her own wellbeing too.

I have 2 small children (ages 6 and 5) and I work 40 hours a week and help put my husband through school. As you can imagine everyone needs a piece of me so I am always running here and there trying to assist everyone else. When it comes to me time or things for me…I’m at the bottom of the list. When it comes to things we need or want, because we are a one income family we can only afford what we need. What we want just doesn’t happen. I would love to win this for my daughter. She is almost 17 and loves LUSH because of their dedication to producing natural products for sensitive skin. She deals everyday with really bad acne, which is really hard on a teenager but she has chosen not to let this get to her and maintains a really positive self image. She’s also a great role models for her younger friends. I have been told she is a natural beauty and has a “wholesomeness” about her. (She’s also a great fan of old musicals!). I am so proud to see her blossoming into a beautiful lady.
Why would i like to win this incredible basket!!? I am a natural girl in all the ways, and i feel like a “my fair lady”. I am just only swearing with naturals products, ecological and cruelty free…that’s just a logical way of life since i’m a vegetarian, environnmental and animals rights angaged and proud to be. I would love to win this so I can surprise my Mother with it, she has been my angel in my time of need. I have been ill (had to stop working)and haven`t been able to do things for myself or my family. She has been here helping out with the housework, cooking our meals and even doing my families laundry. I don`t know what I would do without her help. She never wants anything from us. I am due to have a baby in two weeks – and Lush products are my favourite way to indulge… howevever like most (all?!) moms I have not pampered myself at all during this pregnancy! I would love to try these products to make myself feel refreshed and like a new ‘woman’, not just a mom! And I know that all of the moms in my mom groups would love to hear about them too!
Hmmm creative. I want this because I live with three girls. I have no privacy. No toiletries of my own. These, I would hide. Yes, that’s it. I’d hide them… Under the porch – you know at the back where the squirrel hides. I am sure no one would look there or…hmmm maybe they would. Ok let’s think this through – where would three girls never look to steal toiletries…Im guessing behind the furnace. None of them would ever consider that. Ok – so please pick me – because for the last five years, I have never had my own toiletries without little girls sticking their grubby little fingers and toes – yes I said it toes – in my expensive creams. I’ve lost all hope for amazing stuff and Lush well Lush is amazing.

It has been one crazy year! I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor, I moved, I started a relationship, and I conquered an eating disorder! Last night, I realized that I need to find ways to take care of myself, to relax, to pamper myself. So I made a list of a few great things I can do to relax, such as have a bubble bath, or go for a walk by the river. Then, tonight, I stumbled upon this contest, and I thought, WOW, would this stuff ever be an amazing way to pamper myself! That’s why I’d be thrilled to win this amazing gift!
This is what I’ve learned from my crazy year: I can’t always control what happens to me, but I can control how I react to it. For example, I can’t control that I have a tumor, but I can control how I react to that tumor – and I’ve chosen to fight, be strong, and not back down.

First off, I would like to say that I am so happy to have read your blog! Secondly I want to say that I don’t want the LUSH product because LUSH is already a huge part of my life as I work at the store in Markville. I don’t normally work Saturdays and am lamenting the fact that I can’t place a face to the name of our most cherished customer that Cath just raves about.
At any rate, I do hope that I get the unparalleled pleasure of finally shaking the hand of the man that makes such a difference in our lives collectively. So if ever you stumble upon a long red haired lovely during a visit, please introduce yourself.

My post isn’t “creative”… because I haven’t got a creative bone in my body (thanks to two left-brained parents!). However, my post comes from compassion and love.. I would so love to gift this basket to a beautiful friend of mine who was diagnosed with MS this month… ironically during MS Week. She’s such a kind, lovely friend and the most amazing mother to 4 beautiful children.
In all of this craziness in her life, tests, new meds (every other day injections) and just finding her strength to cope and deal, I would love to be able to give her this basket so she can treat herself to some pamepering at such a challenging time.

I’d love to receive this gift basket to share with my two best friends on our upcoming trip to Europe. We will all be graduating from university in April and are taking a year off to travel and see the world. For the past year we’ve been saving to fly over to the UK and make our way down the Mediterranean coast– meaning we’ve had to forgo our lush addictions for way too long (although I couldn’t take dream cream out of my routine entirely). Being able to pack these products in our suitcases before we set off for our dream adventure would make our trip even more incredible!
I want to win because i have awful sensitive skin. I get acne very easily whenever i touch my face. The next morning i get a acne. I tried a bunch of products but they make my face worse. I am going to be quite honest about why I would like to win. I have not be able to do anything nice for myself over the past year due to losing my job. Times have been tough here in Windsor,ON. The fall of the automotive sector has really hurt our community. Although I am lucky to have a husband who is still working, many of my friends have lost their homes and moved to B.C. and London, ON.. Living on a budget isn’t all that bad, but dinners out, Shows, cable, newspaper, haircuts and luxuries have all been cut from our budget. Because my fair lady deserves nothing but the greatest creamed almond and coconut shower smoothie mixed with a little olive branch shower gel with figs and leaves soap total body wash. Hi, I would love to win this for my mom as Mother’s Day is coming up. This basket would be a great gift as it contains excellent Lush products as well as the perfume kit. My mom is the “Fair Lady” of our house as she’s always been supportive, strong and classy.
Ok, here goes. I’ve been a lifelong fan of bath and body products. In fact, it soon turned into an obsession and took over my like (and my room, and my bathroom and oh, the basement too!) When I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I had to swear off my beloved bath products. Anything heavily scented gave me severe headaches and my doctor said it was best to avoid products that contained perfumes and strong essential oils. Now I was crushed beyond belief to learn of this but I knew it was a sacrifice I had to make for the safety of my health and my child. Yes, I spent 9 months using unscented products formulated for sensitive skin. Long story short, I was blessed with a beautiful little girl 4 weeks ago and am sooooooo in need of pampering! I will be super duper “smitten” to win this and spoil myself rotten on my very first Mother’s Day.
I do not know how creative this comment is, but it is probably rather sad.
My wife has to undergo her second kidney transplant soon; she found this out just prior to our wedding. It gets better; I was slated to be the donor until they found out I was not a suitable candidate due to issues involving our antibodies. Her sister was the next potential candidate, who after the same process I went through was deemed inappropriate due to the fact that her kidney function was compromised. So, onto the third candidate whom we found out yesterday was also incompatible.
By the way during my work up for donation they found an issue with my stomach and esophagus. So, yesterday when my wife was receiving news that the third candidate has been deemed unsuccessful I find out that I have to undergo a rather serious surgery to remove most of my esophagus and stomach.
Well a cynic might say, “we have lived a long life”, and that “these things tend to happen in your old age”. Well I just turned 30 and she is only 31 and she had her first transplant at 15.
I really just needed to vent and if that means my wife wins the basket then that will certainly be uplifting for my spirits.

Well, I’m a busy woman, I have a husband and two young children, and I work full-time at a demanding job. I always tend to make sure that everyone’s needs are met before my own, and I have to try to start making more time for myself. I am slowly starting to make more time for doing “me things” and even if I just have something to help with some pampering, it would be a great start!
I love LUSH products as well, my obsession is with the bath bombs. With a full-time stressful job, two young children and a husband who works shifts… LUSH provides me the opportunity to treat myself from time to time. Every girl deserves a little pampering right?

I love LUSH products and pampering myself but being a student puts a damper on that! Now that I’m undergoing immense exam time stress, it’s safe to say there’s ALWAYS a dull moment. Hopefully I can win the “My Fair Lady” Gift basket and truly emerge as a fair lady in time for summer!

I would love to win this to celebrate finishing my diploma in Fashion Design. It would be awesome to begin my new career smelling and feeling as creative on the outside as I am on the inside.
I would love this gift set. We have been redoing our bathroom since Feb. It has been a messy night mare since walls had to be knocked down to get the spa tub in. I am a single mother of one and I hardly get any time for myself. I recently came out of a relationship that left me emotionally drained and gave me a really low sense of self worth and confidence.
