Evan Arkarakas, the proprietor of Rebel Food Inc., hand delivered the most amazing dishes to where I volunteer. There was Roast Beef & Brie Cheese with Horseradish Aioli sandwiches, Turkey & Havarti with Basil Aioli sandwiches, Pesto Pasta Salad, and Spinach salad. Divine is an understatement. The dishes were simply unbelievable. Everyone kept talking about how delicious and fresh the sandwiches were. The salads were exquisite. Not only did it taste absolutely heavenly, but the presentation was flawless. You can tell that Rebel Food Inc. didn’t skimp out on the details – Evan definitely pays attention to detail, and it’s evident in the finished work of the sandwiches and salads.
