For the next two weeks, LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is taking part in the second phase of raising awareness regarding the tar sands in Alberta. Specifically, Enbridge is seeking approval for a 7 billion dollar pipeline which would wreak havoc on not only the residents living in the area, but on the wildlife and rivers as well.
Dogwood Initiative is taking part in this campaign as well. Read up on all the necessary information here.
LUSH is turning all North American stores (including LUSH Markville!) into voting stations, where you can either support the Dogwood Initiative in its aim to stop Enbridge, or you can also side with the alleged benefits that the pipeline would provide. All votes are completely anonymous.
